Issued in: 80th birthday retrospective of the artist in Friedrichshafen Bodensee-museum.
The Dethleffs Family has traveled in 1967 without technical companion but in accompaniment of the Sovetic State Police with her new Dethleffs Globetrotter from Isny through the Soviet Union to Georgia and Armenia.
The preparations were difficult - it was the reign of the Communist Party bosses Brezhnev.
The artwork was painted in 1968 by the artist after the trip.
